New featureVendor profiles now show a Job Success Score based on real client ratings, along with reputation badges like Rising Talent and Top Rated. It is an at-a-glance way to see who consistently delivers great work before you hire.
Clearer, card-first payments on contracts
ImprovementFunding a job is now simpler and easier to understand. Contracts use plain payment language instead of jargon, and you can pay in one click with a saved card. You are only charged for the work that is actually approved, and anything unused comes back to you.
Online status now reflects real activity
FixThe green online-status dot next to a vendor now turns on only when they are genuinely active in the last few minutes, instead of staying lit after they had simply logged in. So when it says online now, they really are.
Hire by the hour with hourly contracts
New featureSome jobs are easier to price by the hour. You can now post hourly jobs, and pros bid an hourly rate with the estimated hours — the total is escrowed as a cap so you are never surprised. The pro logs the hours they actually work on a timesheet, and you only pay for what is done.
