For customers (hiring)
- Post a job - describe what you need; it's free to post.
- Compare bids - vetted vendors send offers. Review their profiles, ratings, and reviews.
- Hire & fund escrow - pick a vendor and fund the job; your payment is held securely.
- Approve & release - when the work is done right, release the payment from escrow.
For vendors (working)
- Create your profile - add your skills, portfolio, and rates.
- Get bid credits - credits let you place bids on jobs.
- Bid on jobs - send a proposal and message the customer.
- Deliver & get paid - complete the work and receive your payment from escrow.
Payments & safety
All job payments are protected by escrow - funds are only released when the customer approves the work. If there's a problem, you can open a dispute and our team will help resolve it.
