By accessing or using VendorBox, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Customers and vendors must be able to form a binding contract.

2. How the marketplace works

Customers post jobs and accept bids; vendors place bids and deliver work. VendorBox is a platform that connects the two parties - the contract for any work is between the customer and the vendor.

3. Payments & escrow

Payments for awarded jobs are held in escrow and released to the vendor when the customer approves the completed work. Vendors may purchase bid credits to place bids. Platform fees, where applicable, are shown before you confirm.

4. Conduct

• No fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to take transactions off-platform to avoid fees.
• Treat other users professionally and honestly.

5. Disputes

If a disagreement arises, either party may open a dispute. VendorBox may review the case and decide whether escrowed funds are refunded to the customer or released to the vendor.

6. Limitation of liability

VendorBox provides the platform "as is" and is not a party to the work agreement between customers and vendors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of jobs or services arranged through the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VendorBox means you accept the current Terms.
